As a kind of clean, renewable energy source, wind energy has been paid more and more attention by many countries. Pitch control system is a key component of wind turbine control system, it plays an important role in running of wind turbine safely, stably and efficiently. So the research work of pitch control is tremendously significant.In this thesis, the development of wind power generation is described, and the difference between hydraulic pressure and electric pitch control system is analyzed. Based on the structure and basic operating principle of electric pitch control system, the servo system driven by permanent magnet brushless direct current motor (PMBLDCM) is proposed. The main research contents include:the structure, operation theory and mathematical model of PMBLDCM, three closed-loops control theory and digital implementation. Furthermore, a control system of DC servo system is designed. In which a 2-degree of freedom internal-model-control (2DOF-IMC) method is used in speed control loop, and an integral separation PI control method is used in position loop respectively. The target of the scheme is to realize instruction tracing and anti-disturbance performance, which can improve torque response during low-speed operation. And then it is proved to be an effective method by simulation.The experiment platform of electric pitch control based on TMS320F2812 is constructed, which includes control module, main circuit, driving module and signal detection module. And then the software design idea of control system is presented in detail, including the main program and all module programs.Finally, the whole system is tested through experiment. And the experimental results are analyzed in detail, which prove that the electric pitch control system satisfies each basic requirement, and make a good preparation for further improvement and research.
