| Duing to their simple structure and high efficiency,permanent magnet synchronous motors are widely used in industry and life,it has received more and more attention in AC speed control systems.However,with traditional control methods,it is difficult to achieve the high-performance speed control requirements of the system,so it is very necessary to design a control algorithm that meets the requirements of high-performance speed control systems.The paper takes the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object,and designs the control strategy that can improve the performance of the speed control system.Firstly,the background and significance of the thesis research are explained,then the structure and working principle of the studied permanent magnet synchronous motor are also explained.In addition,the mathematical model of the motor under different coordinates is derived.A PI-controlled speed control system simulation model is built in Simulink,according to the mathematical model of the motor under the rotating coordinate system.Secondly,the internal model control theory is introduced thoroughly,and the traditional internal model decoupling controller is designed on the basis of the internal model control theory,and it is applied to the current loop of the speed control system.The internal model control simulation model was created in Simulink,and the results were compared and analyzed with the PI control speed control system.The two-degree-of-freedom control theory is introduced into the speed control system,and a two-degree-of-freedom internal model control method is proposed on the basis of internal model control.Finally,the two-degree-of-freedom internal model control method is used to the design of the current loop and the speed loop controller respectively,a speed control system with two-degree-of-freedom internal model control of the current loop and a speed control system with two-degree-of-freedom internal model control of the speed loop are established in Simulink.By simultaneous interpreting the above two control methods,the performance differences of the tracking and anti-disturbance ability of the speed control system in two control systems are analyzed.The above control methods are compared with the speed control system of traditional vector control and the speed control system of internal model control.To make the speed control system obtain faster response speed and anti-interference ability,combined with the internal model control theory,a double two-degree-of-freedom internal model control method is designed.The simulation model of double two-degree-of-freedom internal model control speed control system is built,and the simulation conditions are set to verify the proposed control method. |
