As we all know, because of hydraulic own advantages, It plays an important role in industry, especially in the field of construction machinery. Hydraulic pump is the heart pump in the hydraulic system. Related to the hydraulic pump to their quality, whether the normal operation of the hydraulic system, how to effectively improve the quality of the pump to meet the sustainable development and the ever-changing market demand, virtual prototyping technology applied on the piston pump, driven by demand, generated. And how to use virtual prototyping technology to simulate pump characteristics accurately become a key.This paper, in the case of not considering the clearance between piston and cylinder bore and flexible deformation, derived the motion equation of the piston and the simplified force equation, and write the visualization program solving the formula derived. At the same time, On the basis of virtual prototype technology, mechanical dynamics and oblique swashplate pump design theory, Propose a flexible contact-impact theory based on virtual prototype simulation for the piston pump, it will make the simulation more accurate and more comprehensive. It will be a good guidance to the design of the piston pump. Finally, A4VSG750 piston pump as the prototype, the use of the flexible contact-impact theory based on virtual prototype simulation for the piston pump build prototype model.
