Vector control system of asynchronous motor is one of the high performance AC Speed Regulation Systems. The control performance of the system is greatly depends on the accuracy of motor parameters.Therefore, research of vector control system with parameter identification has great significance for vector control system. The subject is comprohensively studied through analysis, arithmetic, simulations and experiments.Firstly, based on the principle of coordinate transformation and the asynchronous motor model, the rotor field-oriented vector control system is studied. After the simulation in Matlab platform, the results show that the system has good static and dynamic performance.and the importance of motor parameters is also discussed in the simulation.Secondly, self-tuning of motor resistance is studied. Simulation shows self-tuning have high precision.Research of the rotor field-oriented vector control system with online adaptive observer of rotor time constant is also carried out with the rotor time constant observer designed. Simulation shows the algorithm has good tracking performance, and the vector control system has good static and dynamic performance.Finally, self-tuning of motor resistance is carried out according to a 2.2kW motor at different temperatures, resistance and temperature curve is got as the result. Therefore, the resistance can be queried when the room temperature is known, and it's more convenient to realize.The effect of rotor time constant imblance to vector control system is also carried out, and results show that the performance of system is strongly destroyed. Using the results of self-tuning as the initial value, the rotor field-oriented vector control system with online adaptive observer of rotor time constant are structed based on the AC speed regulation platform. The starting test and load changing test show that the system has high static performance and dynamic response.
