Gas pressure welding is one of main welding technique used in field. The lastest YHGQ-1200 gas pressure welding vehicle has successfully developed, with two highly automated GPW-1200 gas pressure welding machine, which has integration of mechanical, electrical, fluid integration technology and features with automatic clamping rail, the work side aligned, automatic clamping rail, the work side aligned, shearing under certain pressure, apply for pulling track, welding, normalizing, forced air cooling and other operational functions in rail welding of CWR. Besides, with powerful data collection and management systems, and scientific data analysis techniques, detailed record of the key parameters of the welding process, and automatically generated curves and reports, the scientific management of the welding quality can be realized. Compared with he traditional small-scale gas pressure rail machine, the exploration and research analysis of different working conditions on-site welding of rail technology, quality control measures proposed by collecting the kind of practical application of state vehicle, Welded rail for the rich field of scientific data, technology and equipment to improve the quality of spot welded rail, guarantee the safety line is very useful.Based on the analysis of welding data of Shi Bantan, Chengdu, the article summarizes the application of the technical characteristics of GPW-1200 compared with welding data of Kunming, analysis the quality of the weld and the reasons for reverse burning during debugging process in Chengdu. On the basic of the research of on-site welding technology and U75V 60kg/m rail line, the way of stablizing the quality of rail gas pressure welding was founded, which is help to guarantee the weld quality.The results show that:gas pressure range of welding parameters of Chengdu meet "rail welding" TB/T1632-2005 standard quality requirements,which oxygen flow is 86±2SLM, acetylene flow rate 88±2SLM, welding heating time 300±20s, the amount of upset 30±1.4mm. Gas pressure welding vehicle welded rail operations for site in Chengdu construction scheme, U75V 60kg/m rail line, has the advantage of good quality welding and a welding high success rate.The problem of revrse burning is due to problem the way many other areas, such as the gas cylinder connections, optional mass flow controller, the reverse burning device matching and series set to prevent the heater pore size and distribution of fire machine, flame nature ect. To eliminate the problem of helpfue measures are:gas bus in parallel with 18 bottles of acetylene,15 bottles of oxygen, the configuration of high-quality dry reverse burining high flow prevention device, matching the gas mass flow controller, and other measures can tempering failure to effectively control and improve the stability of welding process heating. |
