With the use of " One Electricity Meter for One Household" and"Time Dependent Electricity Price", the original manual meter reading method has been not applicable. How to capture user information quickly and accurately becomes a problem. Low-voltage line carrier reading system as a new meter reading models rises rapidly. Actively promoting the meter reading from the manual meter reading to the carrier reading system is urgent affairs.How to evaluate the effect and the shortages of the system application is research emphasis.The main job is to create a complete evaluation system on the application effect on the carrier reading system, and give improvement opinions for the the shortages based on the evaluation results.Based on the present situation of concentrated meter reading system in our country, this paper, firstly, introduces the type and characteristics of several technologies of the concentrated meter reading system, especially low-voltage carrier reading system. Secondly,this paper analysis the application situation of concentrated reading system in our country and enumerates application examples of Low-voltage power carrier concentrated meter reading system in the three regions. Once again, based on the principle of selection indicators, application characteristics of l Low-voltage power carrier concentrated meter reading system, the article constructs one set of indicators and G1-Fuzzy combination of evaluation methods. Finally, evaluation model is applied to evaluate application effects of Low-voltage power carrier concentrated meter reading system in the Ci Xian power company. The fifth chapter of the article, based on the evaluation results, proposes the corresponding system improvements.The index system and evaluation methods has been tested to be effective by the case , and the given the improvements are universal. I hope it will be helpful to others .
