With the continuous development of new information technology based on the Internert of Things and cloud computation,intelligent city construction has become an inevitable trend of social development.Water,electricity,gas and heat are important components of public services.Improve the four different areas of information resources sharing mechanism,explore the scheme design and operation state evaluation on four meter collection is very significant for the integration of social resources,construction of intelligent community and the enhancement of residents' happiness index.This paper firstly reviews the research status of intelligent meter reading system and points out the problems and the development direction of the "four meter integration".Then the exsisted main station,communication channel and acquisition terminal of the electricity information acquisition system are ultilized to design the overall architecture of the "four meter integration" system.And PLC,GPRS and ZigBee are combined to found the communication system.Focused on the status that little research is done on the evaluation of "four meter integration" system indoors and outdoors,an evaluation index system is established which covers the critical process of the system like the main station and communication channel,the economical effect is also considered about.In addition,the specific requirements of the index in a series of standard documents which the State Grid issued are refered to determine the representative sub-index of each first index.After that,all indexes are graded and a hierarchical structure system is constructed.In the process of comprehensive evaluation,AHP is fistly used to analyze,and then the triangular fuzzy number is introduced to weaken the subjective differences.Finally,the algorithm of AHP based on triangular fuzzy number is given to determine the index weight,and the concrete steps of evaluation on the “four-meter integration” system are presented.In order to verify the reliability of the designed evaluation index system,the evaluation method is used to evaluate the operation status of a real “four meter integration" system in a pilot area,the results of the evaluation are consistent with the actual situation,which provide a reference for guiding the construction of the "four meter integration" project.
