The site of wind power determined by geography and climate conditions, for the reasons, wind power distribution more decentralized, mostly in remote areas ,and the running environment of wind powers are bad, the maintenance and repair costs high and difficulties, which is bad for the reliable operation, reducing the operation efficiency of wind power.At the same time, the many system and many network protocol coexist situation exists in wind power monitoring system with the enhancement of wind power integrated automation level. In addition, as the development of domestic wind power and the technology become more and more mature, the safe and reliable operation of wind power appears new requirements, the information interaction of wind power will be more and more frequent, which brings interoperability of wind power equipment and new object interoperability of seamless access great difficulties.Vibration monitoring and diagnosis technology as a more mature theoretical technique, it is meaningful for the safe and reliable operation and the development of operation efficiency when designs a kind of vibration monitoring analysis system applied in wind power units, which controls their operation condition and analyses the fault occurred in the wind power. Meanwhile, debating at the information compatibility in multiple domain heterogeneous environment of wind power station, with the method which use the map between IEC61400–25 and OPC XML-DA, designing an vibration monitoring and diagnosis system which accords with IEC61400-25 in wind power station, Meanwhile according to the consistency test rules of IEC61400-25, studying the consistency test scheme which talks about wind vibration monitoring analysis system designs in the paper. This specific work displays in:Analyzes the factor of main malfunctions generated in the wind power station. Using time-frequency conversion proposed the inverse spectrum fault diagnosis analysis method and make a stimulation in the MATLAB.For the needs of information model of vibration monitoring analysis system, discussing IEC61400-25 logic nodes and use of data and extension rules, designing vibration monitoring analysis system information model accords to IEC61400-25. According to communications mapping problems of information interaction models, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different protocols mapping, combining the mature use of OPC XML - DA in communication network, which has realized the mapping between IEC61400-25 and OPC XML - DA, and has realized the server-side of OPC XML–DA in PC, meanwhile has realized the communication based on Web services, providing application foundation of a information interaction model.The design of consistency test simulation scheme and test simulation system of vibration monitoring analysis system according to this ideas vibration monitoring analysis system in paper which based on IEC61400-25, which makes a detail analysis about the test structures, processes and possible results.This paper has made a ideal about wind power station vibration monitoring and analyzing system design based on IEC61400-25, completed the time-frequency diagnosis of fault diagnosis of the inverse spectrum, focused on the designs of vibration monitoring analysis system information model and information interaction model, realized the data communication of OPC XML–DA based on web services, and with vibration monitoring analysis system as an example, studied the consistency test plan.The work of this paper is benefit for the interpretation and application of IEC61400-25,at the same time which is good for using information technology transform project design of wind power station and production process.
