Sweeps across the whole world in the 1970 s,the information revolution,the computer information technology development climax.Under the background of economic integration,the information network era,information technology has become the most advanced productivity.Electric power industry plays an important role in the national industrial system.Long-term rapid development of domestic electric power industry,electric power enterprises in the field of information technology needs to improve.The electric power enterprise is the pioneer of the informatization construction in China,a lot of advanced information technology,the first conversion in the electric power industry,effectively promote the ability of the industry production,management,brought considerable benefits for the electric power enterprise.From the point of power system,whether the production department,administration department,or planning and other departments,are actively apply various high-tech information technology,the technology laid a solid foundation for the development of electric power industry.Made up of different links in power system,power distribution network is one of them,it will power resources to families.This link has the equipment is much and miscellaneous,large number of users,users are widely distributed,geographical diversification,etc.For various electric power enterprises meet the demand of distribution network is established various business systems,these systems appear didn't really mean to realize the distribution network automation.Firstly,through carefully reading a large number of references,this paper has been clear about the current development situation of distribution network information both at home and abroad,describes in detail the distribution network informatization development of our country at the same time,on the basis of the existing problems of the model of distribution network based on common information model.Combining with domestic and foreign present research situation of the public information model,pointed out that based on the distribution network model based on common information model is a theoretical and practical significance..Secondly,further study of the basic concept of the public information model,and through the international standard of related public information model of study,a detailed discussion on the common information model of the relationship between the definition of class and class.In order to better the public information model itself and distribution network model based on common information model for creating,modifying and maintenance,through the comparison of multiple development software,finally selected the Enterprise Architect software tools.Then,build the model of distribution network based on CIM,mainly including equipment assets model of distribution network and the distribution network topology model.Based on CIM model of distribution network equipment assets,mainly describes the transformer asset model,line model and load model.Based on CIM topology model of distribution network equipment,mainly from the topology model algorithm,storage structure,interface design,local topology analysis,four dimensions and with big city,for example,35 kv substation main electrical wiring topology modeling verification analysis.Finally,combining with the characteristics of object-oriented,the power distribution network based on CIM database is designed.Put forward the design method of database design and under various relations,transformer assets model,line model,for example,this paper discusses the design process of the distribution network equipment data assets.In order to make the paper builds the model of distribution network based on CIM is more flexible and more reasonable,a logical model is put forward extension rules,and photovoltaic power generation,wind generation,fuel cell power generation as an example,the model extension rule are analyzed in application.
