At present, the problems in the process of water conservancy project informationization mainly are the low degree of integration, intelligentialization and standardization, the projects use their own "model" in different stages resulting in the "information island" phenomenon, the fundamental reason is the lack of structured organization and effective exchange of information resources. Therefore, this paper based on the BIM technology, which is based on the concept of life cycle management, takes the integration, sharing and transferring of water conservancy project information during the different stages as target, with the hydraulic project information model as the carrier, carried out research on basic structure of hydraulic project information model, standardization of information classification and coding, standard describing and constructing of information model, information model system development and application and other problems. The main research results are as follows:1 Systematically study and puts forward the system framework and architecture of hydraulic project information modeling oriented the whole life cycle information management; through the analysis of the characteristics of hydraulic project information and the current hydraulic project information management mode, established the system framework and architecture of hydraulic project information modeling based on BIM, in in-depth analysis of BIM theory of meaning, characteristics, core technology and management framework, through information integration mode, management mechanism and management process, provide the theoretic method for the realization of water conservancy project information exchange, sharing and integration management.2 Systematically study standardization classification and coding of hydraulic project information; through systematically study on the basic theory and classification standard of information classification and coding, based on the system framework and architecture of hydraulic project information modeling, constructed the information classification standards and unified coding of hydraulic project for each stage and the professional fields, compiled some key classification table,which covered in information resources of the construction resources, construction process and achievements of hydraulic project. Research results are the basis for the integration, standardization use of information data.3 The unified expression and construction for hydraulic project information model; based on systematically study on the information resource description standards applicable to construction project life cycle management, study the hydraulic project information model system structure based on IFC Standard, established the hydraulic project information model unified representation mechanism applicable to the design stage, construction stage and operation stage, including design information model, construction information model, management information model and their sub models, the data description consistency of these models can realize the information transmission and sharing.4 Developed the HPIM integration platform based on hydraulic project information model, which can realize information data reading, storage, extraction, integration and expansion, model conversion and sharing functions of water conservancy project. Applied the HPIM integrated platform and key technology in a comprehensive hydraulic project, and developed the corresponding management module. Application shows that the overall structure of the HPIM integrated platform meet the requirements of water conservancy project multi users and multi stage data in a unified sharing and exchange, based on hydraulic project information model description standard can realize centralized storage and management, to avoid data loss and improve the data exchange efficiency and reusability.In a word, this paper based on the concept of integrated management of water conservancy project information, for the whole life cycle of the water conservancy project, is committed to the unity representation of engineering information to realize the integration and sharing of information. The related theory and the key technology of hydraulic project information modeling constructed in this paper can effectively solve the problem of information fault, the HPIM integrated platform developed in this paper has high practical value and application prospect.
