During the setting hardening,massive concrete will release a large amount of heat of hydration outward,which will cause serious temperature deformation and shrinkage of the concrete.The key to concrete cracks lies in the temperature stress,and the appearance of cracks in the integrity of the structure,safety,The applicability,durability,etc.have serious adverse effects,and when they are serious,they endanger the safety and reliability of the entire structure.In this paper,combined with the 1~#blast furnace concrete foundation project,the temperature control and temperature cracking of mass concrete are studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyzed the causes of temperature cracks and the main influencing factors of temperature cracks in mass concrete,and discussed the main temperature control measures in mass concrete construction stage.(2)In view of the specific conditions of the 1~#blast furnace mass concrete foundation project,in order to implement effective temperature control of the foundation project and achieve the project quality objectives,field tests were conducted before the construction,and the control measures that need to be adopted,such as maintenance and temperature,were proposed.Monitoring management,pouring scheme,mix ratio design,concrete production,etc.(3)Calculate the temperature stress of large-scale concrete based on empirical formula1~#blast furnace,and verify the rationality of construction plan and temperature control measures through calculation.(4)The finite element software MIDAS/FEA was used to simulate the temperature field and stress field of the 1~#blast furnace foundation concrete construction,and compared with the measured values of concrete construction temperature monitoring.Through the above-mentioned content research,it is concluded that the internal stress of mass concrete is complex and uncertain,but by strengthening the construction management,adopting reasonable concrete mix ratio,reasonable construction technology,scientific and comprehensive construction plan and other measures,large volume Concrete temperature cracks can be effectively controlled,and the quality of mass concrete construction can be guaranteed.
