In recent years,many of China's expressway asphalt pavements will face large-scale maintenance and expansion,which will inevitably lead to the accumulation of large amounts of used asphalt mixture(RAP),causing land occupation and environmental pollution.With the development of asphalt pavement regeneration technology,more RAPs are being recycled and reused,which can not only recycle limited resources but also reduce environmental pollution.The cold mixing technology of plant mixing,mixing,paving and rolling at room temperature will prevent RAP from being “secondary” heat aging,and the RAP recycling rate can reach 100%,with good social and economic benefits.Compared with the hot-mix recycled asphalt mixture,the cold recycled mixture needs a long time to form early strength.If the cold regeneration mixture has poor health effects,it will seriously affect the overall stability performance and mechanical properties of the cold regeneration layer and weaken the cold regeneration,technology is promoted and applied in physical engineering.In view of this,this article will study the effects of health conditions on the performance of cold regenerative mixes in emulsified asphalt plants,the purpose is to study the effect of different natural conditions on the early strength of cold reclaimed mix to better guide the construction and health of cold recycling of asphalt pavement.Firstly,the RAP performance index and the emulsified asphalt regeneration mechanism were analyzed,and the optimal fluid content,optimum emulsified asphalt content,and optimum cement consumption of the cold regenerated mixture were analyzed;Secondly,through the Marshall test,splitting test,freezing and thawing splitting test,rutting test and trabecular bending test,the effect of keeping time on the performance of cold regenerated mixture was studied,marshall test and splitting test were used to study the effect of different health temperature and water on the performance of cold regenerated mixture;Thirdly,the in-situ core drilling test of Chengdu Shuanglong Road Cold Recycling Test Road was conducted to study the effect of different health temperature on the performance of cold reclaimed mixes,and to compare the road performance of indoor and outdoor cold reclaimed mixes under the same health conditions;Finally,comprehensive analysis of the importance of cold regeneration technology in today's highway maintenance and expansion,and analysis of its social and economic benefits.Experimental studies have shown that the early strength of the cold-recycled mix in the emulsified asphalt plant is affected by many factors,such as health time,temperature,water,emulsified asphalt and other factors.There are significant differences in the mechanical properties and stability performance of cold reclaimed mixtures at different health-keeping times and different health-keeping temperatures.With the increase of health-care time and the increase of health-care temperature,the road performance of cold-recycled mixes has improved comprehensively,when the temperature is 7 days at normal temperature or the temperature is 40 °C,the cold regenerate mixture has the best road performance;Under different watering or brewing water,water has a significant effect on cold reclaimed mixture,which severely weakens its mechanical properties and stability.The time of taking the complete core sample at different temperature(10°C and 25°C)was different on the test road,when the same time and temperature were used,the performance index of the outdoor cold regeneration mixture was better than the indoor mixture.The split-strength ratio is used to control the health-keeping time of the cold-regenerating solid project,when the split-strength ratio of the cold-recycled mixture is greater than or equal to 63%,the cold regeneration layer can be used to pave the upper layer of hot material.
