The tunnel routes has shown significant superiority in the optimal linear, substantially shorten the line length and reduce the line level, to overcome the adverse geological conditions, and improve ride comfort, etc. So, the number of highway tunnels and mileage will also increase with the construction of a new round of highway climax. For the highway tunnel, the fires are often accompanied by huge loss of property and life. It needs to configure a number of disaster prevention and rescue facilities on the the highway tunnel to reduce the risk of highway tunnel fires and reducing fire losses. Taking into account that configuration of disaster relief facilities on highway tunnel requires a lot of capital investment, To study the optimal allocation of disaster prevention and relief facilities on highway tunnel in thesis.Optimal allocation of disaster prevention and rescue facilities on highway tunnels were studied based on the Program Supported by "Eleventh Five-Year"National Technology. The Configuration method of the tunnel manage station and the fire vehicles is proposed according to the "Prime time" of the superhighway tunnel fire risk rescuing;the evaluation model of highway tunnel fire risk is proposed based group decision theory, analytic network process and the DS evidence theory fusion algorithm. The method of classification of the highway tunnel disaster prevention and related facilities configuration is proposed based ALARP principle of risk-based decision-making.The feasibility and superiority of method was verified by successfully used in highway tunnels in Gansu Province. The optimization method of two different types of facilities were proposed and used for engineering applications based on the differences between highway tunnel disaster relief facilities. Research has some innovative and practical value.
