The core idea of modular design is that after module division of products new products are produced to meet customer demand for personalized products through the redesign of certain modules and variant design. With the rise of personalized products and mass customization, modular design has become one of key technologies to reach diversification and rapid design of products, getting good graces from more and more by society of all ages.In order to form a systemic recognition of such advanced design theory, in this article, the modular design considering application modular construction concepts, such as regional assembly, depending on computer-aided design system,based on the target of modular shipbuilding assembly.The modular design of the ship is a inevitable demand for modular shipbuilding, also is an advanced field in the research of ship design. Therefore, this article provides a modular design method for ship which based on the analysis of the existing methods of modular design, its main characteristics are these:First, feasibility analysis-prior to initiation of modular work, to some extent, avoided modular work's blindness; Second, classifies the modular objects, making the modular design of more specific and practical.During the design of modular, the module partition is the foundation and vital role to modular design. Therefore, this paper presented the modular decomposition and hierarchical division of the ship which on the basis of the principle of the system partition, steps and skills.Then this paper qualified connotation of modularization of shipbuilding industrial on design and production level, and depicted about computer aided ship modular design, and described the virtual assembly method of container ship module which based on CATIA.Finally, the thesis comprehensive use of above research achievement, and the module creation system has been designed successfully. |
