In recent years, with the development of the living standard, people requires air-conditioner to have preferable performance. Because of the high noise level, too much loss and so on, fix frequency air-conditioner can not satisfies the requirement of people. Convertible frequency air-conditioner has the low noise level, low loss and function of fast refrigeration, it is accepted by people more and more. The control target of this paper is air-conditioner compressor. To improve the low speed performance of compressor, add in plug-in repetitive controller in the vector control system. To improve the power factor of the entire control system, adopt power factor correction technology in the system.The main contents of this paper inciude:First of all, to low-voltage rate compressor use in the three-phase power supply system, a buck three-phase single switch fly-back PFC circuit is adapted in the paper. The high power factor of the circuit is proved through saber simulation. So the circuit is adapted to improve the power factor of the entire control system.Secondly, the model of the PMSM dual closed-loop control system is establishesd based on vector control theory of PMSM and transfer function of the dual closed-loop control system is deduced. After that,plug-in repetitive controller is analyzed and provide the process of designing based on the transfer function. Through simulation, prove that plug-in repetitive controller can suppress low speed shake of the air-condition compressor.Finally, relying on Fressscale's DSP 56F8013, design hardware circuit. Through experiment, prove that three-phase single switch fly-back PFC circuit and plug-in repetitive controller is correct.
