There has been a long history of mountain trails in Chongqing Yuzhong Peninsula, the development so far, and it is becoming more attention, but there is little research above the academic development plan for the mountain trails. At present, planning on the mountain trails are stuck in their own maintenance and continuation of the traditional architectural style and the surrounding Area and repair on the reservation, based on this, the paper will explore the mountain trails development planning. By the author of the study the history of mountain trails in Chongqing Yuzhong Peninsula , adaptability is the key to grasp the mountain trails to establish a long-term mechanism, so in this paper, self-organization theory as a theoretical support, to study the adaptability of mountain trails development planning. Research on mountain trails, the first, is to determine the scope of the research, taking into account the mountain trails historic and rolling terrain features elevation, limit the scope of this paper will study the Yuzhong Peninsula; Second, is to review related theory between the mountain trail and self-organization theory, which is divided into three aspects: walking space, Chongqing, mountain trails, self-organization theory applied to urban planning.Through the theoretical review of the study, we found three with reference inspiration: First, Mountain trail construction and the city's building and planning are closely linked; Second, the people-oriented design techniques be learned in the planning; third, The size of mountain trails through the fluctuation-style development process, as the theoretical framework of self-organization later built the framework of empirical and theory-based analysis of mountain trails development provides a strong practical support. Then the construction of theoretical framework, first proposed self-organization theory, overview of its development were, in essence, conditions, and the evolution presented in this paper; Secondly, the mountain of self-organization theory and development planning trail links, clarifying the contradiction between self-organization and planning, the study found, planning as a "special intervention" in his organization, the rule is based on the law of development of self-organization, and can promote the development of self-organization is an advanced form of self-organization, demonstration a mountain trail is a self-organization, and then self-organization theory and proposed the development of mountain trails to adapt its coupling point; again, the theoretical framework presented in this paper, contains a total of four aspects: armed with the outside world through the energy and information exchange and the formation of open, multi-functional coordination through the formation of non-linear, by increasing the favorable factors to achieve positive feedback to reduce negative factors, as well as real-time information through the master to achieve timeliness. Completion of the theoretical framework, based on the author used the theory of mountain trails in the development of the problems in the analysis of the system proposed weakening mountain trails open, non-linear phenomena of weakening, the environment and the positive feedback to reduce the timeliness weakening problem. Finally, based on analysis of current problems and proposed a theory based on the principle of mountain trails planning strategy is proposed to enhance openness, enhanced non-linear, increase positive feedback, while suppressing the negative feedback and improve the timeliness of mountain trails and other planning principles. In summary, through the formulation of the theory from the organizations, the construction of theoretical framework, theoretical analysis of the problem under the framework, and proposed the principle of problem solving, planning strategy to pave the way proposed below. After the above process, the author proposes a 10 planning strategies that enhance the accessibility of mountain trails, mountain trails and city functions to improve the integration degree, enhance the landscape and the surrounding mountain trails to contact, and the town to build a network of trails, mountain trails functional composite of, and the town trail space portfolio diversification, improve the quality of the surrounding environment and its own, eliminate the negative impact of factors of mountain trails, and urban development simultaneously, public participation. The research idea is to focus on "discovery issues - proposed theory - Analysis - proposed principles - drawn planning strategy" to complete; the paper is divided into six chapters, each chapter following major elements:The first chapter is discussing the research background, meaning, content, related definition, research methods and thesis framework. The second chapter is literature review, respectively, from the self-organization theory, research, and mountain trails on foot of space research in the field summarized the domestic and foreign Theory. The third chapter is the historical development and current situation of research, development period will be divided into a mountain trail as the city's main roads, traffic aids, as the city, three function extensions changes in phase and origin, functional composite, prime, functional differentiation, the functions of reduced shrink, rehabilitation of seven of development. Can be obtained through research in this development process, the mountain trails of the building and then the city's building and planning are closely linked; mountain trails is a function of the development process from simple to complex development process; the scale experienced mountain trail fluctuation type of development. The forth chapter is the theoretical framework, through the formulation of the theory of self-organization, the construction of theoretical framework, theoretical framework of analysis of the problem and proposed the principle of problem solving, planning strategy to pave the way proposed below. The fifth chapter is the focus of this paper, the theory of Chapter IV of this chapter to undertake research and planning principles, the problems for the mountain trails in the proposed planning strategy corresponding, respectively, from mountain trails to enhance the openness, enhanced nonlinear mountain trail increase the mountain trails, mountain trails of positive feedback and improve the timeliness of the four aspects of the planning strategy framework. The sixth chapter is the conclusion part of this article summarizes the core content and key points of this article, also pointed out the shortcomings of the thesis at the Institute.
