The Research On Architectural Design Of Rural Residential Suburb Of Qingdao

At this stage, a new socialist countryside construction has become an urgent and important historical task ,and Housing construction in rural areas is the most important part of building a new socialist countryside, even be the matter of most concerned about by rural residents.The level of Residential design direct impact on the level and quality of life of rural residents. At present, rural residential blind pursuit of the form of urban housing,but can not adapt to life and development of rural residents,and residential construction in rural areas is gradually losing its traditional distinctive features. How to design for the rural residents can not only inherit the characteristics of local housing to meet modern lifestyles and to be promote will be indispensable steps of outskirts rural development.This paper attempted to discusse based on the architectural point of view, related to housing design theory, and did analysis and research in-depth on the new rural construction on the outskirts of Qingdao rural housing design.Because of the large regional impact of rural residential, this paper took the rural outskirts region of Qingdao as a research object. This paper puts forward a solution, the formation of locally adapted the design theory and methods for the future of rural housing design attract valuable comments.firstly, this paper from the suburban development of the theory of rural residential construction process to proceed, review the development of domestic and rural residential construction process, summarize experiences and lessons of its construction, residential construction for the construction of rural situation, identify the problems. Secondly, the formation of local traditional houses and features are in-depth analysis, and consider at this stage on the outskirts of the rural life style changes the new requirements for residential buildings, residential buildings in the rural outskirts of finding the current design direction. Propose rural residential suburb of Qingdao design principles and concepts of design of residential buildings in the rural outskirts of Qingdao, a theoretical exploration. Finally, the paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the integration that was carried out on the village Jiaonan Shantou empirical study of residential architectural design.
