Outlet Architectural Design Research And Practice

As a new retail model,Outlet's appearance,enrich people's lives,change the city's appearance,extend the range of retail and inject new blood into the long-standing industry of retail.With the worldwide Blooming of outlets,recently,China has set off a wave of construction of outlets,just a few years,there is hundreds of large and small outlets built in China,however,with the fast construction speed and lack of mature experience can learn from,not many outlets are truly successful.In fact,as a Completely new commercial building type,outlet Building must have different architectural features and design from other commercial building types.In this context,the discussion on the architectural design theory of outlet has become an urgent and necessary task.This article reviews the development history of outlet,summarize the development of outlets at home and abroad,analyze the planning and architectural design features of outlet buildings around the world.By the collection and collation of relevant data,this article summarized the general theory that apply for the commercial building design, provided a theoretical basis for the construction of outlet buildings;through the discussion and study of the design process of the practical project,combined the theoretical basis and practical project, strengthen the practical and feasible of the study of the issue.In the main part of this article, the article studied the main content involved in outlet architectural design from the site design,interior space design,external shape design,external environment design and other aspects of design,focused on two issues:the first is functional quality of outlet architecture,mainly on outlet architecture spatial form and its composition principles;another is the artistic quality of outlet architecturel,mainly on outlet external shape features and design principles,and discussed the possibilities and techniques that embodied the regional culture and the spirit of place in the building of the outlet.This article,try to provide for the architects workable design method;systematic outlet architectural theory;provide ideas and clues for the theoretical research of the outlet architectural design.
