To maintain general aviation continue to sustainable healthy development, discusses how to carry out the suitable for general aviation reliability management work is a general aviation operating people in ensure flight safety premise is the inevitable requirement of realizing economy.First, the development status of the Chinese general aviation and the domestic and international development status of reliability management are described. The basic concepts and theories of the reliability and fleet reliability analysis are discussed. The reliability evaluation indexes and management program applicable characteristics of general aviation fleet are determined. Second, after studying a wide range of reliability evaluation methods, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used and the feasibility of the methods applied to the fleet reliability and single health monitoring research. Finally, Access is used to establish fleet information databases and Delphi language is used to design algorithms and management system. The establishment of general aviation unit reliability analysis system can effectively integrate the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and fleet reliability analysis.Through the establishment of general aviation unit reliability analysis system, not only is the maintenance management on the reliability a practical exploration, but also it is a theory exploration about the reliability management in Chinese general aviation which is a good attempt to continuously improve the domestic general aviation safety management.
