In the process of industrial development,the workshop is an indispensable place in the process of research and production.The reinforced concrete(RC)bent column structure of the factory building has the advantages of reliable structure,low cost and strong applicability.The single-story RC bent column factory building accounts for the highest proportion of the total number of factory buildings in my country,and is currently the most important and most widely used factory structure.The plant structure of RC bent column structure will be damaged and destroyed to varying degrees under various high-load and high-frequency operating conditions or after the erosion and destruction of natural disasters such as mountain torrents and earthquakes.These damages and damages will increase over time,causing safety hazards,affecting the reliability of the plant structure,and ultimately may lead to the collapse of the plant,causing casualties and property losses.In order to ensure the reliability of the existing single-story RC bent-column plant structure,people need to evaluate the structural reliability of the existing single-story reinforced concrete bent plant.Through the structural reliability evaluation,the structural damages and defects of the existing plant are found,and the existing single-story The post-reinforcement,rectification,and maintenance of the structure of a multistory RC bent column factory building have a pertinent guiding role.Therefore,the research on the reliability evaluation of the existing single-story RC bent column factory building has important practical significance.In this paper,based on the reliability of the existing single-story RC bent-column plant structure,based on the latest national structural reliability appraisal standards,and through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the structural reliability of the existing single-story RC bent-column plant is constructed.And evaluation interface system to evaluate the structural reliability of the existing single-story RC bent column factory building.The main research contents are as follows:1.According to the characteristics and research needs of the reliability evaluation of the existing single-story RC bent column plant structure,the methods and systems for the reliability evaluation of the existing plant structure,the domestic and foreign research theoretical methods and the existing results of the reliability evaluation of the existing building structure are sorted out.On this basis,the main research content and technical route of this article are proposed.2.In order to construct an evaluation model that meets the structural characteristics of the existing single-story RC bent column factory building,the theoretical methods used in the evaluation model are studied,starting from the basic concepts of fuzzy theory,combined with the selection of membership functions,the determination of membership functions,and the hierarchy The analysis method and the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method have been researched and combed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the establishment of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the reliability of the existing single-story RC bent column factory building.3.Based on the theory and method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the structural reliability of the existing single-story RC bent-column factory building in accordance with the characteristics of the factory building is established.Based on the latest national structural reliability standards,the evaluation criteria for the active single-storey RC bent-column column workshops are determined,and the reliability evaluation standards for the foundation,upper load-bearing and enclosure systems of the active single-storey RC bent-column column workshops are clearly divided.,Determined the membership function of the evaluation index of the single-story RC bent column factory building in service and the division of each level.4.Based on the established evaluation model,an interface system for the reliability evaluation of the existing single-story RC bent column plant structure was compiled.Designed the weight-solving GUI interface based on the analytic hierarchy process theory to solve the weights of various levels of the active single-storey RC bent column factory building;developed the GUI interface for evaluating the structural reliability of the active single-storey RC bent column factory building.Accurate judgments are made on all levels of the bent column workshop.5.Using the compiled interface system for the reliability evaluation of the existing single-story RC bent column plant structure,the actual structure reliability evaluation of the plant of a technical research center in Yunnan Province was carried out,and the reliability evaluation system of the existing single-story RC bent column plant structure was verified.Adaptability and reliability.
