The Study On The Choice Of Centeral Village Xiaogan City Xiaonan District

The Central Village construction is an important part of the construction of the comparatively well-off.The introduction of "Town and Country Planning Act" in October 2007,pushed forward the construction of the central village into a new stage of development.Centre Village is the main carrier of rural settlements in the future,it is the main place of production and life of farmers. Both the planning and construction of the center village to meet the objective of rural socio-economic development requirements, but also to meet "the development of production, affluent life, civilization, clean and tidy village, democratic management " as the main target.the serious problem.is how to locate the central village scientifically and reasonably in the process of Central Village construction.This paper construct a set of PCA-based Xiaonan District, Xiaogan City Central Village location evaluation index system using principal component analysis and cluster analysis and other quantitative analysis method based on the analysis center of the village building the theoretical foundation and factors of the center of the village Xuanzhi Xiaogan Xiaonan District. This paper makes an empirical analysis of Xihe using the system based on the analysis of the status and rural residential land use problems of Xiaonan District, Xiaogan City.The main contents are as follows:Firstly, The introduction part is the first chapter. The study methods and research ideas of this paper is decided on the basis of the analysis of the background, purpose and meaning, summarize research and practical experience at home and abroad.Secondly, theoretical Basis part is the Chapter two.This part describes the concept of research associated with this paper, including the size of Central Place Theory, the scale of economic theory, rural spatial structure theory of evolution and the village system.Thirdly, The analysis factors of the central village location of Xiaonan District, Xiaogan City is the Chapter three, the affecting factors of the location is comprehensive analysis on the baseof summing up domestic and international research and practical experience and analysis of relevant theories basis for the selection of evaluation index system of Central Village location.Fourth,The Central Village Location Evaluation System of Xiaonan District, Xiaogan City is the chapter four. The evaluation index system is selected scientific according to the second and third chapters described the theory and the principle of central village location.The evaluation determined that the principal component analysis and cluster analysis and evaluation method.
