Central Place Theory is one of theimportant theory of economic geography, it emphasizes that the reasonableness of thecenter of the system structure, the structure organizing principle for the establishmentof the system of hierarchical levels of rural settlements performance space for thecenter and peripheral zone differences and different levels of the center at all levels,and how to effectively at all levels of the center to play a larger functions, the rationalallocation of resources, guidance rural construction, in order to promote the overalldevelopment of regional, in-depth study and discussion of central place theory.Secondly, through the study the rural geographical center of the system developmenttrends and evolution, to select the center of the village during the urban systemplanning as a key development targets, the center of the village to provide ruralresidential population aggregation scale, perfect service facilities, strengthening township contact with the villages, the development trend the rural geographicalcenter of the village system.
