In China, population aging is accelerating, with the size of the expanding elderly population, aging of the population has become an irreversible trend in the structure of our population. In this context, exploring applicable old-age model for China's national conditions,has important and practical significance for improving the quality of life of older persons.By analyzing the development of aging status and development prospects, that with the continuous improvement of living standards, rising levels of social civilization, a new pension model-sharing the mutual-retirement will likely come into being. The model is a new way of life and living, and the third model of pension between private homes and nursing homes, The elderly can developing mutual nature of the services in private homes in the way of to the Housing Endowment,by using the form of pension sharing by. To meet the different needs of the elderly, the interior living space needs to be able to dynamically adapt the changing needs of residents, which requires the "adaptive"design.Firstly,the article studies physical, psychological characteristics, living patterns of the elderly, analyzes mutual aid pension sharing issues of our country, and propose a solution; Secondly, it proposes the adaptive designing system of Pension sharing mutual-help housing by analyzing the dynamic needs of residents, personnel changes and development law and other factors; and then analyzes and argues the various elements of its system to put forward constructive ideas, including:spatial variability and adaptability of dwelling and living unit function space adaptive design, the configuration of old furniture, residential communities surrounding the design of the environment and public facilities. Article hopes to provide a theoretical basis and practical support for the upcoming "silver tide",and creates a convenient, harmonious, comfortable and safe living environment for the elderly.
