The Design Of The Aged Housing And The Aged Community Under The Background Of Population Aging

With the concept of aging spreading more and more widely in society,people have been no longer unfamiliar with this concept.Moreover,the demand for services for the aged in China is growing rapidly at an unpredictable rate,especially for the first generation of only children.In this context,the concept of pension real estate gradually into the vision of ordinary people,such real estate projects have gradually become an important way for urban residents to invest in real estate and pension investment.However,in Jiangxi Province,there is no large-scale,high-grade pension real estate projects,and in terms of the country,the pension projects in developed areas are also in the initial stage.In this environment,we should re-examine the current pension policy in China,and the current situation of the development of pension service industry of our country ma ke accurate investigation and analysis,and on this basis,to carry out the old-age pension real estate projects,residential design activities.In the design of these special projects,we have to pay attention to the special requirements and needs of the elderly,so that the design products can cope with a variety of pension problems in the near future.In this paper,the pension policy at home and abroad were studied in depth,compared the historical context of China's pension policy and the development of foreign pension policy,and made a preliminary study on the development of pension building design and pension real estate projects in china.On this basis,combined with the research and analysis of outstanding cases at home and abroad,summed up the relevant principles and design methods of old-age housing and pension real estate project planning and design in the context of aging,and finally a pplied to design practice activities.
