Study On The Strategy Of Sustainable Development Of Village Landscape In Southwest Hubei

Southwest Hubei where is the hub of southwest culture and Central Plains culture, its special landforms and national culture created unique village landscape and strong regional culture. Natural harmony on Layout and perfect design on residential building in southwest Hubei is important historical material in areas of landscape architect and national culture.This paper followed the idea that the line of protection to development to update, on the basic of sustainable development and the theory of landscape planning and design, and try to discuss the strategy of sustainable development and summarize the characteristic of village landscape with a great deal of field investigation. Finally, discussed the effect of sustainable idea on the ancient village landscape and summarized the value orientation of village landscape with the basic research on sustainable development of village landscape, and divided village landscape of southwest Hubei into productive landscape and domestic landscape by using village landscape of southwest Hubei as object of study.There were three types developmental of village landscape of southwest Hubei: overall preservation, local preservation and overall update, and developed sustainable development evaluation for it. Overall preservation has higher art and culture and the history of research value, for the layout of village landscape complete retained and lower damaged. Local preservation was the village landscape that mingled with tradition and new, and was in the transformation process that is traditional village to modern village. Overall update divided into two types:one was gradually transformed into other landscape types due to the village disappeared and the other was the village landscape radical changed due to the developing by integration in urban and rural areas. All of the three types developmental of village landscape was not independent and fixed, but can convert mutually.For the three types of village landscape of southwest Hubei, this paper provided analysis and research on cases of typical village. Gunlong village in Enshi and Guanba village in Xianfeng represented the village landscape of overall preservation has three patterns of development that from the strategy of characteristic protective area of village landscape and sustainable development on the analysis of local individual character and protection values:the succinate passive development (the unalterable passive development that not change anything of village and relocate the resident step by step), the ecological museum active development (the ecological active development that protect and develop the nation's culture priority and develop village tourism in a small way), and the tourist passive development (the tourist passive development that develop village tourism entirely). Xiaomaopoying village in Xuan'en and Xiaoxi village in Enshi represented the village landscape of local preservation has two patterns of development that from the strategy of specific implementation in update of village landscape and sustainable development on the basic of the investigation and study of the status quo characteristic of village landscape:the tourist passive development and active development of planning progressive type (the gradual planning active development that mixed the planning of experts and participation of the resident and the countryside develop gradually). Xiejiaba village in Xuan'en represented the village landscape of overall update has two patterns of development that from the guiding principles of village landscape planning and the strategy of sustainable development on the basic of investigate the status quo characteristic of village landscape and the development plan of neighboring towns:the tourist passive development and the gradual planning active development.
