Sustainable Landscape Planning And Design On Beizi Village Of Jiyuan City

Rural landscape which is leaded by nature resource with the features of agricultural and pastoral landscape carries the function of production,life and ecology.Compared with cities,rural landscape is more sensitive and more fragile for the destroy from modern civilization in the process of urbanization.The way of how to treat the relationship of Resource utilization and environmental protection,rural life and modern civilization,agricultural civilization and regional culture has always be concerned in the study of rural landscape.The way of combining maintaining rural landscape features with promoting the development of rural economy is the importance in the study of rural landscape,and it is also the key point in this study.This study based on the theory and practice of rural landscape planning,integrating the concept of sustainable landscape into the rural landscape planning is to find the methods and ideas of sustainable rural landscape planning and design,which can provide reference for rural landscape planning.This paper consists of three parts.The first is introduction containing the purpose,meaning,content of the study.The research progress at home and abroad and the principle and technical route of sustainable rural landscape planning are also contained in this part.The second part is the focus of this paper.The paper study the geographical position,history and culture,road,spatial pattern,living situation,agricultural structure of Beizi village.And then find the key problem and advantages and disadvantages of development with the analysis method of SWOT.According those,the study give the Strategy and suggestion of sustainable landscape development speculatively.The suggestion presents the idea of ecological green road,ecological wetland,ecological agriculture and ecological living based on the planning theme of ecological civilization,beautiful countryside,furthermore,the plan may be livable,harmonious,sustainable and enriching the people.The third part is the planning of project including overall spatial layout,new rural landscape construction,industrial planning,land use planning,local cultural planning based on the idea of production,life,ecology.Detailed planning and design of functional areas contains community environment reconstruction,folk culture breeding,rural tourism,model ofpension services,agriculture,forestry and fishery industry,construction of eco industrial park,along the river Greenway Construction.In addition the planning give the technology of planning and total quantity control in macrography,landscape "contract system" process management cost control in medium and control design in microcosmic.We can get the conclusion that production,life,ecology put influence on rural sustainable landscape which contains the relation ship of human,human and natural resource.As an ecological system with unique features of life,rural landscape has its own evolution law.In the society of developed science,technology and civilization,to ensure the harmony of development and protection,the raw of village ecosystem and social development should be observed.So we must combine reasonable utilization with control which relates to the control of the extent and size of their use,economic cost control and the development of speed control.Rural landscape should be design sustainablly to promote Construction of new Village.
