With the increasing environmental pollution and the depletion of oil resources, the development of Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV) has been paid more and more attention. Drive motor is the most important portion of the hybrid power system parts, which provides energy directly for driving wheel and plays a crucial role to the system's tractive characteristics. The drive motor should have the characteristics of wide timing range, high rotate speed, great start-up torque, small size, little mass, high efficiency, strong dynamic brake and energy feedback. Therefore, the modeling, control and simulation test on hybrid electric transmission drive system are important research contents for hybrid electric transmission system study. The drive motor system of hybrid power armored vehicles is researched in this thesis. Power matching of hybrid power system, design of drive motor and simulation of hybrid power system characteristics are discussed.First, the detailed analysis of the hybrid system used in the structure telex, fax structures that exist in different advantages and disadvantages, and integrated performance of the telex system and ease of implementation, combined with hybrid electric armored vehicles of their own characteristics, finalized the armored vehicles used in hybrid electric drive system structure. And on this basis, the hybrid electric drive motors drive the overall matching calculation, presented the key technical indicators drive motor.Secondly, according to the drive motor hybrid system performance requirements, this choice as permanent magnet synchronous motor drive motor, the motor parameters and the selected size of the detailed design of the structure, and then use SolidWorks software gives the permanent magnet synchronous motor three-dimensional structure. Finite element method is used to calculate electromagnetic field in drive motor and its electromagnetic characteristics are analyzed.Finally, permanent magnet motor deduced mathematical model based on maximum torque current control and field weakening control over the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system, armored vehicles used in hybrid permanent magnet synchronous motor system model, and the corresponding control strategies, the demand for electric drive system, the selected maximum torque current control and field weakening control over the combination of control strategy, and vector control, voltage space vector pulse width modulation and closed-loop control used in permanent magnet synchronous motor, the simulation tests show that the hybrid permanent magnet synchronous motor electric drive system has excellent control characteristics, to meet the armored vehicles on the drive system performance requirements.
