Q25H52 electro-hydraulic circulation pump is a new high-speed centrifugal pumps, which was mainly used for special equipment.The research for the subject of elector-hydraulic pump for Q26H52 in three parts:the vane drawing ,optimum and performance testing design.1. The drawing of vaneVane is the main part of the centrifugal pump. The drawing of vane of include that is drawn out of the front and back cover and leaf type lines,they are the most critical step. This paper presents a new axis, axial plane projection mapping method. Impeller geometry on a simple analysis. Determine the impeller constitute from a straight line and two arcs, rear cover from a straight line and a arc. Then make a few lines of type numerical.Each parameter is expressed by equation. Finally, the calculation programusing matlab. The drawing of the impeller input a set of parameterscan be calculated by the computer to complete,modified after only changing the corresponding parameters can be used. The results of high precision, close to the theoreticaldesign of the shape. This article uses the "dichotomy"to streamline points. Programming simple calculation process make a high precise result. 2. Optimum designImpeller design is completed,we need to optimize the design of the impeller. Optimization of impeller design can improve the shape and efficiency of the impeller significantly, which is the necessary step to the impeller design. With the high development of the computer technology, new optimization methods are emerging. The efficienc of centrifugal pump have been improved moer. This paper selects the Orthogonal Optimization Method. Orthogonal Optimization Method is a test method with a special form—orthogonal in advance,then analysis of experimental data. This paper use the table on the drawing of the final two rounds of optimization results. The test results after the close to the theoretical optimal results, which works well optimized.3.Performance TestingAfter the design of Q25H52 electro-hydraulic circulation pump,we will test it. Tested which working at different flow rate, speed, and ventilation, it Stable and efficient, meeting the design requirements.
