In view of the deficiency of asphalt construction quality control and quality management, the article mainly research the control method of quality control and management of asphalt pavement to keep the uniformity of asphalt mixture and consistency of construction technology, and to keep the stability of construction quality. All of these have important effect to induce the variability of key parameters and ensure the quality and life of pavement.The article rely on actual projects put forwards the program of asphalt pavement quality management and control according to the characters of asphalt mixtures. In the article, to analysis the effect to the quality index and elements of asphalt mixtures and the relation of the index and parameters with volume index of asphalt mixtures. In the article also determine the main elements of construction quality of asphalt pavement.By the research of the projects , the article summarize a set method of management modes and quality control and management methods. It is important to promote the dynamic quality management and quality control, and improve the level of quality management. It has important practical significance to promote the industrial management level.
