With economic development, the substantialincrease in traffic, in the case of road load significantly increased, asphalt pavementprevalence of early damage of varying degrees. Therefore, in order to improve the roadperformance and prolong the pavement life, it is particularly important to carry out qualitycontrol of asphalt pavement construction.The study is based on TongPing expressway with the high-speed part of research resultsof DaoHe as well as Tong Ping high-speed mass test data collection and statistics as thepremise, using the principle of mathematical statistics, in accordance with the pavementstructure characteristic of our country with the key construction parameters and constructioncontrol index of layered process of pavement, to carry out statistical analysis, and put forwardthe control standard which is adapt to the pavement structure. To achieve perfection of asphaltpavement construction quality control system as well as the perfection of engineeringpavement quality, then provide a practical technical support.This paper first study the distribution state of the key construction parameters such ascement dosage, water content and unconfined compressive strength, Based on themathematical statistics as the basis, with a pass rate as the standard, carries on the statisticalanalysis, and puts forward the control standard of dynamic control and the judgment standardof lower limit or up limit in the process of construction. Next, carry on statistical analysisabout the gradation, the asphalt-aggregate ratio the indoor Marshall Volume parameters,outdoor compactness, porosity, permeability and smoothness, through the analysis andcomparison of different angle, proposes the quality control method and control standardwhich is applicable to different construction parameters. Then focus on the ubiquitoussegregation problems of the asphalt pavement construction quality, introduces the standardand the detection method of segregation evaluation, finally carries on the application analysisand evaluation on the quality control standard.
