Study On The Dynamic Control Technology Of Highway Asphalt Pavement Construction Quality

In recent years, with the development of our country’s high-speed road, the phenomenon of early destruction seriously influences the use quality of asphalt pavement, and caused more and more attention of esperts. The research shows that the inhomogeneity(namely variability) of quality is one of the main factors for early damage in the construction process of asphalt pavement, therefore, to strengthen the quality variability control in the process is effective means to ensure way-use performance and use quality of asphalt pavement.The asphalt pavement construction quality is affected by many factors, which are reflected by numerous quality inspection indicators. Each indicator will differently influences the final quality of the asphalt pavement in the construction process,therefore,it is need to select the greatly influencing indicators from numerous quality inspection indicators,which is mainly monitored to ensure that the quality uniformity of the asphalt pavement.In this paper, the key indicators mainly is divided into two kinds:one reflects the quality of asphalt mixture, namely asphalt content、gradation; the other reflects eventually nature of the asphalt pavement, namely compaction degree、flatness.The main measure of the dynamic quality control was control chart drawing,the most commonly use means are mean chart and range chart,the stability and abnormal of the construction process is judged by the change trend of control chart.In addition, construction process was evaluated by the process capability index of quantitative way, Histogram intuitively shows index distribution condition.This article will use the above methods to monitor the key indicators, and effectively control stability of the construction process.The article is based on YI-QI Highway Engineering, the key indicators in the construction process were monitored,analyzed the reason for the existed abnormal,and put forward preventive measures,to reduce the asphalt pavement early destruction and improve the durability of the pavement, which have played a positive role for YI-QI highway quality control.
