For the domestic vehicle manufacturers, the same company manufacturing plants throughout the country have been widespread phenomenon, the dispersion of manufacturing resources to the enterprise management level has brought great challenges. In order to intense enterprise resources, improve operational efficiency, reduce cost of production, this paper induction some appear of the disadvantages of the "Enterprise Group - Manufacturing Factory - Production Line", three-tier management model and Proposed the idea of collaborative manufacturing to integrate the 4 major business platform, directly involved in the production plan decomposition of the Group to go to solve the unbalanced production line capacity utilization, resource scheduling problem cannot be unified. In addition we also use the taboo - hierarchical genetic algorithm to solve a typical kind of problem. The solving results show that in the different market demand, production line load balancing reliability and production costs are more significant improvement; Tabu-Hierarchy Genetic Algorithm is also a very effective algorithm.Mixed production models as it relates to many parts needed for each vehicle type and quantity are very large, so its production plans is relatively more complicated, so maintaining stable, smooth production plans can circumvention of production fluctuations. This paper, making use of four large process plant buffer to maintain the stability of production plans, so that fluctuations in the production plant in the upstream and downstream transmission during the process is of attenuation or shielding. Since the production characteristics of each process are different workshops, paper analyzes the characteristics of each one, and then to focus on the production planning process to develop the various objectives and constraints, and proposes a dynamic automatic rolling plan process workshop scheduling system, Four workshops and established a rolling process scheduling of the mathematical model in order to effectively address the production fluctuations in the entire production line to pass the problem step by step.Finally, the results of this study have been car MES system in HM verified and implemented. On the one hand the proposed Tabu-Hierarchy Genetic Algorithm in solving practical problems, demonstrated good results, on the other hand, the proposed four major processes associated with rolling workshop production planning and scheduling model also effectively reduce volatility in the technology of production workshop pass between.
