| In an increasingly volatile market demand situation,the workshop of manufacturing enterprise need to deal with more complex production tasks,It makes the formulation and Implementation of production scheduling more difficult. Nowadays,many manufacturing workshops of small and medium-sized enterprises still use the manual management method, and It is difficult to adapt to the needs of modern enterprise development.Therefore,according to the main problems and the actual demand of the manufacturing workshop of heat exchangers, this subject makes research and application to the key technologies like the workshop production scheduling technology based on the frog leaping-shuffled particle swarm optimization,the buffer technology against the bottleneck restriction of production system, and the rapid response technology of manufacturing execution process collaboration. On this basis,an integrated production management system has been exploited to realize the formulation, optimization and adjustment of the best production scheduling plan, and the rapid response of manufacturing execution process collaboration between each function modules of the system. This subject improves the production efficiency and management level of workshop from two aspects of scheduling and execution.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In order to solve the job shop scheduling problem,an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm(FL-PSO) which fuse the frog-leaping algorithm and genetic algorithm is structured to achieve the multi-objective combinational optimization of the mathematical model of production scheduling problem.This hybrid algorithm have a good performance of optimization and can help dispatchers to make the best production plan quickly and improve the production efficiency. At the same time, this paper conducted research to the job shop dynamic scheduling method for the disturbance event,and make the production plan can be adjusted effectively.(2)According to the bottleneck procedure in the production plan,this paper studied the calculation and correction method of the best time buffer and best inventory buffer,this method is proved feasible by an engineering example. This bottleneck buffer technique can further optimize the production planning,and improve the stability of production system.(3)In order to solve the manufacturing workshop’s problem of poor executive ability to the production planning,the rapid response and handle mechanism of information is established through the association and organization to the complex information. Then,each function module of the production management system and their integrated operationmode has been designed to achieve the whole process,multi faceted,multi roles rapid response manufacturing execution process collaboration,improve the execution efficiency of production planning,and improve production efficiency.(4)The integrated production management system platform is established, It integrates the sub-modules like production scheduling,dynamic scheduling,bottleneck buffer, and realizes the rapid response manufacturing execution process collaboration through the integrated operation of the subsystems of each function module. |
