In the 11th five-year plan period, China's primary energy resources and energy utilization technology is facing a huge challenge, meanwhile low volatile coal resources utilization foreground and combustion technology get an unprecedented attention. The low volatile coal's share in power, metallurgy, heating industries has increased year by year.The combustion characteristics of gas fuel, and the principle and measure of stabilized combustion are introduced in this text.The technical difficultises and countermeasures of combined combustion are contained also. The technology of stepped fire is emphasized specially. The slotting-blunt burner is a kind of new stable combustion technology, under low load and burning poor-quality coal circumstances, this kind burner still has good performance in the ability of stable stable combustion, especially in the ability of Inhibitting coked or slagging.This technology has been widely used in our country's power station, and achieved good economic benefit.We study the ignition and stable combustion mechanism of coal powder, and assure the influence of key factors to the combustion stability. Air-coal powder Non-premixed flow combustion was Numerical simulated. The change rate of the temperature in return flow area by time in unsteady state, relationship of net heat flow rate and first airflow temperature, and best ignition temperature and least Air- coal powder concentration were also objectively analyzed. The slotting-blunt burner's internal structure exert an influence in stable combustion, especially the width of slotting-blunt's gap and slotting-blunt's size have an important influence,this aspects are all discussed in this paper.The Numerical simulation is effectively used in this research.A comparison between the results of the experiment and CFD was made and good agreement was found, which proves it feasible to take CFD as a useful tool in the design and analysis of the coal burner. |
