This project is derived from"11th five-year"national science and technology support projects: safety operation of oversize construction machinery, diagnosis and optimization, launched research on the problems referred to safety operation and high efficiency of oversize construction machinery with typical representative tower belt machine.In the process of a large water conservancy project construction, especially the high dam concrete construction, tower belt machine has the abilities of transporting restless on horizontal and vertical direction, pouring the concrete, constructing with big workload, and simple operation, and plays an important role in the process of concrete pouring in large water conservancy project construction projects. However, tower belt machine also has disadvantages of large scale of the system, complicated structure, numerous parts, and complicated parameters, which make it hard to measure the actual system parameter, and challenge a lot for the analysis of the performance and parameter optimization. Aiming at these problems, this paper start at the analysis of its structure, established the mathematical models of the key components in each subsystem. It studied the relevant theories of hybrid modeling and established the virtual prototype system model of the tower belt machine. It simulated the process of large-scale water conservancy project construction through the virtual operation of the established virtual prototype, combined with the analysis on the model parameters of each parts in the system, studied the analyzing testing and checking method suitable for engineering application, and established the tower belt machine parameters checking model. At last, it helped to realize the rationality, scientific and feasibility of the model and theory for inspection, and complicated the inspection on the virtual operation and parameters checking based on the specific operating conditions in the process of large water conservancy construction.
