Full-face tunnel boring machine is a set of multi-disciplinary and complex equipment. But the shields used in the domestic are mostly direct introduction or transformation of foreign products by far. Segment erector, the key equipment in the shield,is in the same circumstances. Elector-hydraulic system's components of small and medium-sized shield produced in domestic are almost entirely dependent on imports. And shield machine measuring technology is also in its initial stage. So it's of great significance to study the shield tunneling machine of steady performance with indepentdent intellectual property rights. The subject put a new kind of 6-DOF segment erector as research object. On the basis of the force analysis, a mathematical model of the hydraulic lifting system is established. By simulation and experiment studies the factors that affect the stability of the system are found. And then a wireless test system of hydraulic system of shield machine is developed.Firstly, the domestic and international development trend of shield machine is introduced. And then the development trend of hydraulic system of segment erector is also introduced. Finally, we introduce the research trend of wireless data acquisition system. Secondly, according to the forces of segment erector the spatial coordinate system is established. And then the force model of erector is established. Finally, we find the force conditions of all drive hydraulic cylinder of erector. Then we establish model of hydraulic lifting system and do some simulation. And we analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system under different load working conditions and other circumstances. Then an acquisition program of hydraulic system based on SimpliciTI has been developed. With analyzing in detail the principle of the sampling and the process of data transferring, we proposed the methods of packaging sampled data, optimizing SimpliciTI protocol, improving the micro-controller clock frequency and adjusting the sampling time to improve system data throughput. Finally, we use the wireless acquisition system of hydraulic system testing the hydraulic lift system of segment erector to verify the mechanical calculation and simulation analysis.
