Shield technology is an advanced construction technology, which will becomes more and more important with the development of modern traffic, underground engineering, water conservancy and mine exploitation. And now, it becomes the research focus of engineering field in China with the rapid development of city construction. Based on the investigation and research result by reading, analyzing and summarizing lots of literatures, this paper discusses the electro-hydraulic control system of shield machine's erection system. At the end of the this paper, make some valuable conclusions.In Chapter 1, firstly a survey of shield machine's history, current technical status, development trend, and its development meaning for China are been discussed which includes electro-hydraulic control system, remote equipment and ANSYS FEA (Finite Element anasysis) simulation of the shield segment lining. Then, give an introduction of the earth pressure balance shield and the work principle of the erector. And at last, bring forward the research significance and contents of the project on the basis of the engineering practice.In Chapter 2, in the beginning, introduce the work principle of the shiled'erector and the mount process of the segment. And also, analyze the shiled erector's hydraulic system in detail, and design and calculate some parameters of the hydraulic system. And at the last, give some principle and methods of the selection of the hydraulic part of the system.In Chapter 3, firstly the basic methods of wireless electro-hydraulic controller are analyzed. And then discuss the software and hardware design and the encode and decode arithmetic of the erector controller. The hardware design and implementation of the functional modules are discussed in detail. Then, make the software of the wireless remote control using the C51 language. And also describe the hardware and software methods of anti-disturbance. At last, make some experiments, which prove the interleaved BCH code can reduce the error-correction effectively.In Chapter 4, firstly summarize the common ways of the lining segment mechanics analysis in brief. Then the load structure method and the theory base of the freedom distortion circle method are discussed. And then simulate the lining segment uses the ANSYS FEA software. And also, make a contrast of the freedom distortion circle and the girder-joint continuous model. At last, analyze the result of the simulation and make some valuable conclusions, which can have some guidance value to the engineering practice.In Chapter 5, a brief summary on the topics of this thesis is provided, and some conclusions are drawn and then are some researches that need to be done in the following.
