Research And Development On Track Group Quality Traceability System Of Machinery Manufacture Industry

Currently, Quality Traceability System is used broadly in agricultural product and food production. But this Quality Traceability System isn't fit for Mechanism Manufacturing because different Unicode, we don't have a full Quality Traceability System in the Mechanism Manufacturing, could control the product in the process on line. If found issue trace to the material of parts in time, provide the suggestion or improve flowchart to the supplier, improve the productive efficiency of the enterprise. We don't have any system could resolve the consolidation between ERP system and workshop control, so how to trace quickly, need Quality Traceability System and track the product from on line, improve the ERP management, if found issue trace to material and make the action plan, improve the quality of product.This paper discussed in the production of Mechanism Manufacturing, traceability is most important for the company and how to utilize the information technology to manage the traceability. And analyze the study status of Quality Management System, point out the problem, show the design and implement in detail.(1)First develop the Traceability System to the production of track group, analyze the status and problem and according with the problem describe the system design layout and develop the Quality Traceability System.(2) Refer to the achievement of study, analyze the process of production and design the key data and collection.(3) Use Deviation System and OA system build the system, and discuss the design of the database and give the security method about the data.(4) Use the flat of database, develop the Quality Traceability System. This system use the data and network system, realize the traceability and the system show icon to user.
