In recent years, China's made continuous great progress in economic development. Large-scale civil works is being conducted across the country, but because of one-sided pursuit of speed the quality of structures is difficult to guarantee, therefore, work accidents emerged in endlessly. Coupled with part of the projects lack of security awareness and did not invest energy in deformation monitoring, the results runs the risk of causing casualties and property losses. For these reasons, China has paid increasing attention on project deformation monitoring. This paper will give a brief introduction of the frequently used method of dam monitoring combined with Cangzhou Huanghua Port groin deformation monitoring project. Emphasis of this paper is to organize the Huanghua Port groin high-precision deformation monitoring data and make analysis of deformation monitoring accuracy.This paper is mainly to make discussion about high-precision deformation monitoring methods, data processing, accuracy combined with Huanghua Port groin deformation monitoring Project. Under this basis, the paper made the following aspects of work:1, Introduced the scientific significance of deformation monitoring; from the latest deformation monitoring techniques and cutting-edge monitoring methods the two aspects introduced technology developments of deformation monitoring; describes various monitoring technology which is frequently used in groin deformation monitoring; expounded horizontal displacement monitoring methods, settlement monitoring methods and the relevant program design knowledge of deformation monitoring; if related to data processing, also describes the conversion relationship between the coordinate system.2, Apply the global positioning system technology into the dam deformation monitoring, and process monitoring data for its high-precision. Design related program code, so that high-precision GPS data processing software GAMIT operation is simplified. For the complexity of GAMIT installation, shows how to install and use GAMIT software especially. When it comes to data processing, this paper gives several data processing methods which are frequently used in high-precision GPS deformation monitoring. 3, The paper described the research of using GPS geodetic height to replace normal height and designed a pilot program. The program is tested in the example-Huanghua Port groin deformation monitoring.4, Combined with the Huanghua Port groin deformation monitoring data, high-precision GPS data processing has been done. Precision analysis of the length of the baseline have been made respectively to prove the reference point of Huanghua Port groin deformation monitoring is stable, while from the accuracy point this paper analyzes the Huanghua Port groin deformation.
