| The performance of a radar for terminal guidance, will determine the accuracy of the missile hit. So in the process of design development and debugging for radar. there is an urgent need for testing and Monitoring its performance using advanced test equipments, in order to ensure the quality of radar. Based on ARM9 technology, this thesis designed the test equipment for testing the radar.This test equipment reflects the advanced developing direction of test equipment and meets the testing requirements of modern radar.Radar test equipment designed by this thesis, mainly consists of radar test set and control platform.Radar test set,which is made up of embedded system based on ARM9,is used to sample real-time test data, to save the result, to display test data,to test the signal of voltage and current ,and control the function of Touch Screen.The control platform consists of several cards based on PCI Bus Interface,which realized several types of 1553B, RS232, RS485 and RS422 communication protocols. Using these cards, The control platform could communicate with radar, GPS devices, signal processor and objective simulator, in addition to control the the motor of target standand.Within the firmware design of radar test set, it uses a series of key technology, such as the technology of low speed signal sample, mass storage of CF card and USB interface technology,which combination of the actual project requirements. The embedded system used Linux operating system.It has been widely used in embedded systems for advantages of open source code, reliability, and easy to transplant. Finally, this thesis designed the application program interfaces of all communication cards with the LabWindows/CVI software.The test equipment based on ARM9, had been delivered for unit test and outfield experiment. The field test shows that it completed the test of radar performance, ensured the quality of radar research.Thus it is a indispensable equipment for radar in the process of debugging and research. |
