The CO2 emission is already become a global problem. The main source of CO2 emission is come from coal-based poweer plants,so, Researching the reduction of CO2 emission is a best way to control CO2 emission. IGCC is a new and high effcient power generation technology of clean coal, and considered to be the most prospect power generation technology. Finding a proper CO2 seperation technology is significant and also the main purpose of this article. In this paper, we estabish two CO2 seperation processes. one is physical absorption of CO2 with the solvent of Selexol, the other is chemical absorption of CO2 with the solvent of MEA. In the method of selexol absorption, we analyzed effect to the CO2 seperation by the amount of selexol the presser of stripper and different composition of synthesis. In the method of MEA absorption, we analyed the effect to theCO2 seperation by the MEA concentration, CO2 loading, the pressure and temperature of absorber, CO2 separation ratio. by the analysis, we can get the resprctive operating parameters and the following conclusion:(1) In the case of the low concentration of H2S, the best method is separation of CO2 and H2S at the same time with lowest energy consumption. In the case of the high concentration of H2S, we can consider to separate CO2 and H2S at a separate process, and the energy consumption is low but more than the first case.(2) The energy consumption of MEA(116.28MW) is more than the energy consumption of Selexol(10.985MW). The method of Selexol is a more appropriate method than the method of MEA.(3) In the IGCC plant with selexol absorption method, the net power from 200MW down to 175.63MW, the efficency of IGCC system get down by 4.58%.
