Existing society economy developing and people’s life style requiring more andmore energy. But traditional energy comes from petroleum and coal.. Although newenergy develop is improving quick but still can’t totally replace the traditional choice.So the IGCC process which base on coal usage industry is worth to study and doefficiency developing. Such optimization study is shows much useful meaning oncurrent status.The oxygen production portion is a very important part of whole IGCC. This AirSeparate Unit (ASU) production optimization study could help IGCC companyimprove production and save energy payout, also could help support to improve saveenergy and protect environment.The major optimization steps are:1) Study IGCC system and its’ ASU production portion operating status.2) Set up a digital model via math theory and computer process tools.3) Study ASU performance efficiency and its’ impact in IGCC.4) Analyses ASU’s different process and find several reasonable optimize way toadjust its’ ability in IGCC’s production.Finally put the digital optimize result into real system to running, and use systemproducing status result to value the optimization.
