At present, intelligent integrated system is merely subsystems or Port number. As many intelligent subsystems were developed by the domestic and foreign manufacturers, they are specialized for different requirements and functional requirements, each has its own system, due to the information exchange and communication interfaces are vastly different and they can not join together into a simple user interface, or the same platform, from management on the prevalence of information island. Dong Shang building is a symbol of the Business Circles in Shijiazhuang, which also exists the above problems. To solve these problems, this thesis puts forward a project of intelligent integrated system about Dong Shang building.Based on user needs analysis, According to the intelligent systems design requirements and related design principles, the paper will give a detail introduction of the intelligent integrated system. it focuses on the functional design and realization, the functional design is mainly talk about system function module design and system compatibility. Functional realization is mainly through the union of intelligent integration platform and the subsystems, and the Linkage of the various subsystems.Finally, by setting the context of intelligent integrated systems test to test the effectiveness and manageability of the system,and basically reached the desired results. Setting circumstances is gained from the usual experience, and only represent a normal state, in the course of using the system there will be all kinds of problems, we have to wait some time after the system is running summary of changes to achieve better results.
