With the development of modern communications,computer networks, and automatic control technology, intelligent building system,which monitored many objects and various contents increased gradually. In fact, building management system needs to integrate dissociative subsystems organically, interconnectedly, and harmoniously so as to achieve information sharing , mutual coordination and linkage functions between the various subsystems, as well as to actualize synthesis and high-efficiency of the entire system. This corresponding solution is SI(system integration),and its essence is not only the concentrated controlling, but also the requirement of information convergence ,and resource sharing & management.The dissertation takes the SI project of XiJing Hospital Ward Building as the background for studying. After fully capturing the current domestic and overseas situation of SI on intelligent building, the necessity and feasibility of SI pertinent to intelligent building based on equal subsystem mode is analysed. Virtually, this integrated model can meet the demand for intelligent buildings in question. In this paper, various relevant technologies implemented in SI of intelligent building are compared firstly( namely, unitive protocol mode, protocol conversion, DDE, ODBC, OPC and Socket technology), OPC and Socket technology in particular, meantime method of OPC DA(Data Access) Server in VC++ is proposed and used in the project. The structure, subsystem device and interface mode , and functions of BMS of intelligent building integrated management system based on equal subsystem mode are given detailedly secundum intelligent building design standards combined the project-specific needs, and the optimized management about SI of intelligent building is presented accordingly. Finally, equal integration and linkage control between CCTV(Close Circuit Television) and SAS (Security Alarm System) realized with adopting OPC and Socket technology to interface the two subsystems to the platform in conformity to the design requirements. The functional testing shows that the integration system meets the design requirements and user's demands, the system performs excellently, and is easy to be used and maintained.The mostly accomplished tasks are summarized in the last section of the paper. Besides it, some improvable aspects are put forwards instead.
