Taking multiple measures to promote the rise of the central region is an important link affecting the coordinated development of the eastern,central and western regions of China and strengthening the domestic economic cycle.In this study,Taiyuan urban agglomeration,Central Plains urban agglomeration and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River are selected as the research area,the attachment index and adsorption index are constructed based on traffic flow,based on the effective description of urban linkage development intensity,the linkage development mechanism of urban agglomeration in the central region is discussed,and the specific idea and feasible path of spatial integration are put forward.Among them,the adsorption index is used to measure the relative status of each node city in the urban linkage network,and the attachment index is used to measure the linkage intensity and attachment degree of hinterland cities to central cities.According to the idea of gravity model and other theoretical models,the measurement model of urban agglomeration linkage mechanism identification is designed to compare the urban competition and cooperation relationship between the three major urban agglomerations,the distance decay trend and spatial differentiation characteristics,and the combination of urban strength and strength characteristics.In the measurement and identification of urban linkage intensity and mechanism,and in the integrated grasp of the linkage development of urban agglomeration and the spatial integration in the central region,the rational,orderly and effective ideas and countermeasures of the linkage development and spatial integration of urban agglomeration in the central region are put forward.The main conclusions of the study were:(1)The adsorption indexes of Wuhan,Changsha and Zhengzhou is much larger than that of Taiyuan and Nanchang as provincial capital cities.The cities in the region are mainly distributed along the Shanghai-Kunming railway and Beijing-Guangzhou railway lines;the cities in the central cities are mainly distributed in the eastern part of Zhengzhou;the cities in the administrative levels;the adsorption capacity of Taiyuan urban agglomeration is smaller.(2)Cities with high linkage strength with central cities are mainly concentrated within the provinces of central cities,and the linkage strength between central cities and hinterland cities presents administrative differences;the linkage strength between Zhengzhou and hinterland cities is greater,Luoyang and hinterland cities are relatively small,and the linkage strength between the central cities in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is greater than that of Taiyuan urban agglomeration.(3)At the level of competition and cooperation relationship in central cities,Changsha and Wuhan are competitive,while the competition and cooperation relationship between Wuhan and Nanchang is not obvious;that between Zhengzhou and Luoyang is not obvious,and Zhengzhou and Taiyuan;Wuhan and Zhengzhou are competitive.(4)At the level of spatial differentiation and spatial distance attenuation in central city expansion,the linkage intensity between Wuhan and hinterland cities shows directional differentiation with the western part of Wuhan,while other cities have no spatial differentiation of linkage intensity in other cities;Wuhan,Zhengzhou and Taiyuan show a trend of linkage intensity distance attenuation,and no such features in other central cities.(5)At the level of urban economic aggregate,Wuhan,Nanchang and Taiyuan combine with hinterland cities,while Changsha and Luoyang show the combination of strong and strength;Zhengzhou shows the characteristics of the combination of strength and strength and the combination of strong and strong in the whole central region.At the level of urban adsorption index,Zhengzhou,Wuhan,Taiyuan,Nanchang and Luoyang all show the characteristics of combination of strong and strong,while Changsha has the characteristics of strong and weak combination with hinterland cities.In this study,the idea of the spatial integration of urban agglomeration in the central region is proposed according to the urban linkage development mechanism,namely: firstly,according to the differences of the areas with the cooperation basis,build the pilot area of urban agglomeration spatial integration development;secondly,support the dislocation integration development of urban agglomeration according to the radiation range and the spatial decay trend of urban areas;finally,the spatial integration planning of urban agglomeration is formulated according to the diversified urban linkage mechanism.
