In the crystal growth experiments in space station, temperature distribution inside the crystal furnace has a direct impact on the quality of crystal growth. In order to remote control three-dimensional temperature field distribution of crystal furnace in materials science experiments, we propose a method to model, simulate and visualize the crystal furnace three-dimensional temperature field. The proposed method can provide some reference for teleoperation decision-making and experimental parameters real-time fixing. The main contents of the paper include the following aspects:Simplify and build the model of crystal furnace according to its structural features and heating principle. Then, mesh the crystal furnace bar by numerical solution, and establish energy conservation equation for each micro unit by heat balance method .With the radiative heat transform as boundary conditions, iterative equations can be established. Solve the equation by iterative solution method. Then, connect the discrete points into a triangular network topology by incremental insertion method. On the basis of the above steps ,we can achieve three-dimensional visualization for crystal furnace temperature field by contour and isosurface methods. We have practiced and tested the key technologies such as mathematical modeling, numerical solution, Delaunay triangulation, contour and isosurface, and proved their feasibility and effectiveness.
