Along with the rapid development of power system and new power technologies, requirement of system's calculation and analysis for stability become higher. Excitation system parameter is one of the four important parameters of power system analysis, it plays a very important role in power system stability controlling. At present the measured parameters need to be verified by Chinese electrical science college before they put into the operation, this will cost several weeks or months。The power grid corporation don't have the proprietary packages that are very unique to their pipeline of excitation parameters verification, they can't assure the whether the verified parameters and models meet their demand. The interconnection schemes of interconnection schemes of central China power grid with North China power grid and East China power grid in the year of 2015 will exceed installed capacity to 5 million kW. The identification, testing, and verification of the dynamic performance of excitation control systems will be an important element task.An auto-validation method of field-test data of excitation system model based on modeling standards and field testing and modeling report. In order to implement the auto- validation, auto-validation software was designed in this thesis. The new model has been validated through the compare of computational results and practical measure results, provided model parameters of excitation system for operating and the planning of the power system.
