With the rapid development of science and technology and construction projects, such as the ever increasing number of the establishment of high-rise building, bridge, subway, high-speed railways and other such large projects, it is strictly required of complex design, difficult construction and high quality of the project. Therefore, the monitoring and control during the construction and operation becomes a key technical aspect in the process of engineering safety and quality assurance. Engineering structures'deformation monitoring as the primary means of monitoring, it not only requires high-level monitoring technologies, also timely and effective information as well as treatment to handle deformation and to provide fast and accurate guidance. However, the traditional modes of engineering deformation monitoring are all processed by men, consuming huge material resources also being inefficient and prone to error. Therefore, it is of great significance to research and develop a engineering deformation monitoring and information processing system in the high-technology platform, to provide accurate, efficient, automatic monitoring data, and automatically generate the related monitoring charts.This paper is based on VC++ 6.0 technology and resorting to ACCESS 2003 corpus to store the engineering deformation Monitoring data and process results, at the same time use DAO interface to link the information processing platform to the database. This system consists of quality modules, function modules, and horizontal displacement and settlement observation modules. The main function of the standardization measuring module is to get the elevation value of each monitoring point from the processed raw data obtained through the system. Settlement observation module carries out a settlement analysis of the data generated in the first module, and draw the final settlement chart of the settlement - time curve. Horizontal displacement module uses a variety of displacement observation methods (active spy card method, measuring small-angle method, polar coordinates, forward intersection method)to deal with the measured raw data and then get the coordinates of each observed points which then provides data basis for processing of the information of observed deformation. In addition to these existing features, the system can also conveniently add other data processing module, which largely enhances its scalability.In the last part this paper elaborates the actual application of this system in wuguang passenger (Xianning part). The results further verifies accuracy and reliability of this system.
