At present, data processing of most of the Project deformation monitoring is completeled in accordance with traditional data processing method basically by artificial, monitoring reports made by Word or Excel ,by which it is inefficient, not only waste a lot of manpower and material, but also lead to data processing and analysis spending a lot of time, at she same time, lead to many mistakes and often not to meet the customers'demand. Although there are some computer processing software to analyse deformation monitoring ,most of them for some specific monitoring project for example building deposition monitoring, foundation pit cutting displacement monitoring and so on. therefore, it exists certain limitations by this way. at present, there are many features such as large range, large quantity of data, shared poorly ,data missing simply for project deformation monitoring, Some of the existing monitoring software can't meet technical requirement of project deformation monitoring.This paper is targeted at the difficulty of large project deformation monitoring information storage and management ,using the advantage of database technology, achieving connection of database and VC++ platform by DAO technology, finally reaching the target of VC++ platform for database storage and management. Through analysing and studying the the features of project deformation monitoring,it will laid the foundation for division of database. comply with the realities of this paper study, by comparing the advantage and disadvantage of different database ,finally choose access2003 as storage container of the project data. in the process of database design, set relevant technical requirements of code for standards measure and deformation measure as a small database to be integrated in whole database, so that it will be used when coping with deformation monitoring data. In the process of designing database, divide the whole database into small pieces according to type of deformation monitoring data, and set the overall scheme of database designing, then, design each module database of deformation monitoring information about project.Finally, illustrate by examples the storage situation of database about standards measure module and displacement observation module in detail individually.
