| Concrete Construction Supply Chain which could work normally can bring a lot ofbenefits to the owner of the Supply Chain. However, if any part of the Supply Chain hassome quality problems, which couldn't be solved as quickly as possible, this damage willspread to the whole supply chain because of the chain's continuity. So how to accuratelyand quickly locate the point with quality problems in the chain and how to evaluate thepossible points that could have quality problems, is currently one of the main concernsfor the owners. Those previous studies are rarely about how to track the quality problemsof Concrete Construction Supply Chain.Based on the operation model of Construction Supply Chain and related studies onConcrete Construction Supply Chain, this paper discusses the quality problems inConcrete Construction Supply Chain and presents a quality distribution model. Then thefollowing section develops one Concrete Construction Supply Chain quality trackingsystem and presents its specific functions and implementation methods. And then thepaper introduces the practical application of this tracking system in Control System onConstruction Supply Chain in Xiluodu Hydropower project. And some optimizationmethods of tracking concrete quality are given as well.This study builds a quality distribution model of Concrete Construction Supply Chainon the basis of Concrete Construction Supply Chain. And finally it proposes a qualitytracking system of Concrete Construction Supply Chain, which could help reduce the losscaused by the quality problems in the Concrete Construction Supply Chain. |
